The very first step to working with us is making sure you know what you want. Feel free to contact us directly for our ideas, but browsing through our promotional product database and apparel database is a great place to start. If you have questions about artwork or need some custom artwork created, feel free to contact us as well. In order to make sure your artwork is acceptable for printing, please review our basic artwork requirements.
Once you know what you want, there are a couple main ways to order.
- Email – We are always accepting orders by email.
- To immediately place an order via email, please include the following information in your email:
- Your contact information and company name (if applicable)
- Product number and color(s)
- Sizes (if applicable) and quantity
- Attached artwork (vector file) along with imprint location
- In-hands date
- Shipping address (pick-up is also possible if in the northern Virginia area)
- Any additional important notes we need to know.
- To immediately place an order via email, please include the following information in your email:
- Phone – If you prefer to place an order by phone, feel free to call us anytime at 703.802.0200 during our business hours and someone will assist you.
- In Person – If you are local and would like to pay a visit to our shop, come by during our business hours and we will happily assist you. Calling to make an appointment ahead of time will ensure someone will be available to help.
Once we receive your order information, we will email you an order confirmation and an art proof for your approval. Once the order and art are approved and payment arrangements are made, your order will move to production. If we have any additional questions while your order is in progress, we will place your order on hold until we can reach you to confirm additional details.
